Hi. Ok so my granular is a 6-9-12. I bought calcium nitrate for the first time. As to limestone and Epsom salts I believe I added 1 cup limestone and about 1/2 c Epsom salts. i alternated between a seaweed fertilizer to a 10-10-10 with micronutrients but diluted.

Is there a brand of 4-18-38 that you recommend?
Thanks! |

I've bought 4-18-38 from Morgan County Seed. They sell it by itself, and they also sell what they call a "tomato fertilizer pack" that includes calcium nitrate. They recommend alternating them.

I know this is not answering your question, but do you plan to keep the plants in that container? Do you know the names of the dwarfs? Here are some of my dwarfs ( New Big Dwarf left of the middle, Dwarf Purple Heart left of middle) last August. Those are Texas Tomato Cages, at least on the right.
I use 2 pounds Garden-Tone or Tomato-Tone in each box, and use ProMix and some Garden-Lime once a year. . Last edited by Shrinkrap; May 1, 2017 at 01:30 AM. |

Eat some, can and juice some..... and share with friends. I also gave away 50 tomato plants this spring so others can have fun growing tomatoes.
