sorry, Tammy, i've found your info with a bit of a delay

with additional info you provided it unfortunatelly doesn't look any better.
the fact that it happened again with practically same pattern strongly suggests either herbicide damage ( soil contamination ) or high presence of a soil borne systemic disease- such as Fusarium wilt.
the obvious soil nutrients dis- balance made if additionaly worse and agressive, whatever it is.

anyway, what you can do is to continue broad protective treatments of your plants, cut on the ferts, and go with beneficial bacteria stuff at max. applications ( 5 day intervals if possible, both drench and foliar ). i'm unfortunatelly not familiar with the products available to you, but what you need is a product with a sort of bacteria which should be labeled as ''phosphorus mineralisators''. most of the products should have those within i believe. generally it is a sort of microbes which does it's best with reviving the soil and ''moving it back to normal''.

altogether, it's hard to give any prognosis there, but i'd definitely recommend that you have one of those plants tested ( for fusariums especially ), soil test and nutrients statuse repeated, but with a test for presence of herbicides if possible.

br,
ivan
