After doing some googling and seeing that picture here: http://idtools.org/id/citrus/pests/f...reen+stink+bug
I'm pretty sure that was a stink bug, just not 100% on which kind.

Still not sure what's up with my leaves, but the new growth is still good so I'll try not too worry too much. I've left them on only to provide shade for the 4 developing fruits I have on the plant, but should I pull them off? Basically all old leaves are affected.

Ordering TTF today, hope it gets here quickly! Can't wait to see what positive effects it'll have on my plants.

It's a stinking green stink bug Chinavia hilaris .
Hilaris meaning cheerful lively or happy.

Well you can bet I was hilaris when I was smushing both of them with my flip flop!

Finally got my hands on some TTF. Applied as a foliar yesterday evening because we'd already watered and I couldn't wait to see what it might do to help. I also sprayed it on my little jalapeno plant and my Satsuma tree. Will feed as a drench later this week. Fingers crossed it helps get rid of these issues and gets me a few more tomatoes before my plant quits! We've only been able to eat 3 tomatoes from this plant (two lost to birds, two to bugs, one ripening on my counter right now).

Argh just noticed this evening I have mealy bugs all over my sage and they're spreading to both tomato plants!! I swear we get every bad bug here, in abundance. Picking up ladybugs tomorrow and tossing my sage tonight as it's badly infested and on the outs as it is. Insecticidal soap works too, right?

Yes it works but I have never had to use it.
It seems the mealybugs are happy on a huge prickly pear cactus down the street.
If you see those white splotches on a prickly pear pad that is what it is most of the time.

I have herbs in planters in the front of my house. Crushed garlic shavings on the soil around my herb plants sent the bugs scrambling. Haven't had any issues since doing it. It would be expensive to do in a large area though.
