Thanks, I am a beginner with tomatoes but want to kick some butt or tomatoes this year in my bucket's on the deck thing....lol.. I was using Cal mag with tsp/per gal with my Flora Nova nutrient's so I will try some Epsom salts...I have some more Brandywine's and Giant Belgium's started at my brothers and going to add another light this weekend.....cheers....

Going to switch from FloraSeries to the FloraNova stuff with Calmag this weekend.....and pound out some seedlings....lol....cheers....

You can read HG's element suggestions for tomato growth stages, Haifa has an excellent guide with charts. In short, don't overdue it out of the gate, it is a gradual climb with ferts, and required combinations.

Are first large bowl of bucket lettuce with the First of the year Tomato with my wife's homemade dressing was absolutely fantastic....lol....cheers...
Added a couple more cube trays to the seedling nursery tables......nice... |

My sucker is done for the season....lol...had 10 tomato's total to mix with the bucket lettuce...time to start a couple of Brandywines.....cheers....

Just cleaned up my last bucket and was amazed how small the root system stayed with the good job of my bucket wick....real nice....just started a Brandywine (Sudduth's Strain) in my good ole bucket....cheers...

Ah, new life... That plant looks beautiful! Nice and lush. Healthy too. It's off to a great start there. Is it staying indoors or will it be moved out.
Brandywines are a favorite here. I hope that they all do well for you.
