Default Brian's mini Earthtainer farm

Hi guys
I'm new here, but I'm super excited about the upcoming growing season and proud of my Earthtainers I finished.
I figure this is a good way to introduce myself to the community.
Thanks to Ray, his excellent design and all his advise over the last few months, I finished 5 Tainers for the year.
4 for my tomatoes and one for my peppers

This was also my first year starting my peppers and Tomatoes from seed, so as you guys know...it makes it all the more exciting.

I look forward to chatting with you all a lot in the near future

Planted these guys "Sideways". By the end of the day, they were perfectly upright

welcome to TV. This is the first year I started tomato and pepper seeds, it has been great fun. I've made mistakes but with the wonderful advise and the help I have received from the members here I will make it thru the crunch. Your ET's look great, Ray has a great set up and is so good about sharing his knowledge.

Welcome!

And what else will you be growing in the square foot box, beside the tomatoes and the beans? Is the green fence for crop support or to keep out critters?

I jealous of you folks in warmer zones -- I still have snow on the ground, though hopefully most of it will be gone by this weekend.

Hi ddsack

Just a few types of bush beans in 8 squares and dwarf snap peas in the last 4, their vines are supposed to only be 3 feet, but we'll see
The fence is to keep my friggin cats out...and hopefully the other varmits that roam my yard.
