I was wondering. . . a tomatoville idea of sorts
I know everyone is busy this time of year. . . but how nice would it be if we all took pictures of ailments and made more threads on them with all the pics like the TSW thread.. . .
I know there's a few web pages that do that that are stuck on a sticky here. . . but many of those pages just show one example. Am I being articulate? No. . . haven't had coffee yet. I mean like, maybe take a pic of your plant if it has, as an example, fusarium. . . and later in the fall we could have threads organized with pictures of diff. ailments and how they look? Just a thought.

I like the idea... obviously, as I started the TSWV and CMV threads.
I agree that the sites out there that are used for disease diagnosis have good write ups and very accurate diagnosis. However, the photos are very limited, and in some cases leave you wondering if that's really what you've got. By posting multiple photos of different plants, I think it gives a much better perspective for those less skilled in the art of diagnosis such as myself. Of course, the only issue that we could have is incorrectly diagnosing a disease. While I'm quite confident that my TSWV and CMV photos are accurate, I never had them tested to be certain. However, we have enough knowledgeable folks here that could assist with any misinterpretations. Well, that's my .02. Lee
