Has over 90 peaches on it!!!

July Elberta peach from Starks Bros. planted a little over two seasons ago. Had only one last year. Go figure.

So, how'd I do?

wow beautiful fruit. Will you have to pull off some of the peaches to prevent broken limbs and damage to your tree?

There is that one right in the center of the picture but all-in-all I think I've been pruning it right over the las two years. It's very srong.

Here it is as they are ripening. I think I did ok with them this year. Some of the best Peaches I've ever tasted.

I have planted several Stark Bros. peach trees over the years in different places I have lived and I am convinced of that company's reliability.

In the fall of 2007 I planted a Reliance and a Flaming Fury. Last year the Flaming Fury had three peaches; all were small but tasty. This year there are 17 peaches and look like they will be full sized. So is this the second year or the third. Anyway, next year I should have a bunch of peaches.

I just spotted this thread. I planted 6 trees from Stark Bros, last Spring and most of them are doing great. I was happy to see how well the July Elberta is doing since that is one that I planted, the other peach is a Reliance or Intrepid. I also planted 2 pear trees, and apricot, and a cherry that is supposed to be self-pollinating. I can't wait until I start to get fruit from them!
