Interesting varieties indeed...have never heard of some of them. Can you share with us what the speckled peach tomato tastes like please?
Glad you're having fun! |

What did you think of Lucky Lephrechaun.... I'm making up my planting list for 2010 how tall did the plant grow and how wide? Any comments on flavor of fruit and out put of plant. Looking to grow smaller size plants near the walk way and have seeds for this plus Golden Dwarf Champion and New Big Dwarf. George |

Nice photoes and lovely tomato fruits, but one name is misspelled.
Orlinoe Serdtse ("Eagle's Heart" in English) is from my Siberian tomato series. Love your blacks and Sungold photoes.

Ok, please don't think I'm nuts, but I'm not a big fan of fresh tomatoes. I enjoy them in salsas and recipes. My young daughter loves them though. I'm not the best person to assess fresh tomato taste.
Lucky Leprechaun was very interesting. It was maybe 18-24" tall and loaded with 8 oz round fruits clustered low to the ground. Very cool. Early ripener too. I'll ask my mother-in-law about the taste of Speckled Peach. She enjoys tomatoes fresh. Thanks for the correction on the mis-spelling of the tomato variety Andrey. Chris |

There are some really interesting and terrific tomatoes in the pics.
How was the Blue Fruit ? does it taste as it looks good ? cause i'm going to grow this baby this year. Your Orlinde Serdtse looks like the Livingston Giant Oxheart from this View, does it also have this white tasteless meatcage inside ? greetz Matthias

Fantastic pics! I am now coveting White Mate Giant (literally smacking lips thinking of a slab of that in a tomato sandwich (just buttermilk potato bread & Hellman's mayo))! Where did you get the seed?

Matthias, I had OSU Blue Fruit last year. It did look interesting being dark blue where the sun had hit it and red in the shade, but taste wasn't rather remarkable. It's a nice addition to a salad and of course you can impress people by growing a "blue" tomato, but that's all in my opinion. clara
