Early uneven ripening
I have two Celebrity plants growing that I bought from the local nursery. One has had leaf curl since I planted it and just hasnt grown out of it but was setting fruit nonetheless. The other is twice its size and the leaves look normal and healthy. Recently they both have struggled to set fruit and the fruit on them is ripening very early and uneven as well. Any ideas? I have had lots of whiteflies recently but havent noticed them on the plants that bad lately.

Finally got some rain this last month and it cooled off a bit, but now its hot again. 90 during the day, high 70s at night. Both plants were setting fruit fine in similar weather before, now they are struggling and didnt set any fruit when we had several days where temps were optimal

Are they in containers or in the ground?
If they are in containers, then the time that has passed could mean they are now root bound. |

Whitefly can cause leaf curling on tomatoes, although it is usually accompanied by some yellowing of the leaves. Feeding by silverleaf whitefly can cause the tomatoes to ripen unevenly.

Maybe the whiteflies are indeed my problem. Those little buggers are nasty. A real pest
