Default My Seedlings need a little jump start.

Hi Everyone, my seedlying looks like that they have not grown in about 2 weeks. The weather has been crazy, hot some days cold other. I have them in a green house, I do not want to over water them, so does anyone have some advice on some mild fertilzer.

Thanks

I use a very dilute fish/seaweed or maxicrop solution-about 1/4 of the recommended amount, or even 1/8th.

I'm using a thin layer of worm castings on the top of my soil. I got enough to last me until planting for $1 at a local garden shop.
