Neem tree oil spray (organic) has worked for me. Probably any bug spray would work. Also if you can get your hands on some silver mulch or old pie tins, that tends to keep them away because they don't like the reflection.

There are a lot of products that can help get rid of aphids, including many biological ones (like beneficial insects). Either head to your local garden shop, or check online, you're bound to find something that will help you. The above suggestions about the pie tins can really help, aphids hate direct sunlight.
