Found it on my Lillian's Yellow Heirloom. It's starting on the lower leaves.

Could be early stage of leaf mold. I can't see symptoms clearly enough to tell for sure.

Whatever it is it seems to be a foliage disease in the early stages and may or may not give you major problems. Good news though; it definitely doesn't look like TSWV so you can probably correct it with spraying and cutting off the infected leaf stems.
