Default Orange Manzano

I've been reading so many posts, articles, etc. about this pepper but haven't found out when the plant will even flower! So far the plants look great - some are tall(er) and some have branched out to look like a full round plant, yet no flowers. Does this pepper have to overwinter to produce peppers?

Update after the 3 week post: one of the orange manzano has 2 flowers ! I planted these near the beginning of February so they must have a longer season than anticipated. Am looking forward to the others' at least flowering soon. The one flowering is in a large pot, the others are in the ground.
