Default Black Krim Beast

This is probably common, but first one I've had - so it's pretty cool. Black Krim - 1 lb 4 oz.

Haven't tried that variety - but yours has very cool stripes.

Nyagous was my favorite black last year, but I think Black Krim is winning this year - they have been delicious.

BLTs for dinner tonite!

Not that copmmon, I've never gotten a Black Krim that big. The've always been consistent with shape and size.

I haven't cut him up yet. I suspect it's one of those where two flowers merged, or two little tomatoes merged, or however that happens. My best guess anyway.

If that's too much for you, I'm sure you can find volunteers to help eat it. I would, myself, but I'm much too far away...

I'd share - I could use some eaters. I had so many coming in at once, I'm having them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Could be worse things of course

It was really juicy - I practically had to take a bath after eating that sandwich. No, there are no pictures of me with all the juice running down my chin

Last year our favorite black was Nyagous - they were absolutely terrific.
This year, they're ok - and Cherokee Purple is ok - but Black Krim is the star. I've never had a Paul Robeson - a friend of mine grew them last year, and said they were watery - but I didn't get the chance to taste them. I do love the blacks though.
