Blemishes on leaves - can you identify?

One of mu plants (Aunt Ginny's) has some spots/blemishes on the leaves.

We have been very hot in the day (100 degrees plus, with 80 degree nights), and my hope is that it might be a result of the heat.

Can any of you I.D. this and tell me the fix?
