Default Early stages of TSWV?

I just found this on my sweet million. Is it TSWV? Luckily it's in a pot, so I'm going to separate it from the rest.

I have Take Down and Spinosad spray, should I spray my other plants?

Looks more like flea beetles or similar. There is a sticky thread at the
top of this forum on TSWV.
