Default Just BER?

Some of these Tennessee Persimmons look like they have the usual BER that I see, but some are wet and wrinkly looking nearly to the stem! Even the green part of the tomato is a different color. Have never seen this before, but I usually pick off affected fruits as soon as I spot it. Is it just BER?
