swc pick from my list
here are the varieties i have germinated for the season. please pick 2 to go in my new 20 gallon swc's filled with the 3-2-1 mix. i would love to hear your experience with these varieties whether it be in a regular container or swc.
grubs mystery green brandywine pink brandywine from croatia kelloggs breakfast purple calabash cherokee purple brandywine x Neves azorean red f4 RL all of these plants will have a home in my raised bed but which would thrive in a swc? |

thanks. since i am only growing one plant in each 20 gallon container i am thinking of adding some carrots. have you done carrots in a swc before?

Jeff,
While I have grown Tendersweet carrots in EarthTainers, frankly carrots are not a good R.O.I. in my opinion. I would dedicate the available space to tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables which taste much better home-grown than store-bought varieties. Raybo |
