Spinach

Im growing a red spinach from Pinetree this year. I'm really impressed by how well it's grown, as well with the beauty and flavor of this spinach. I've not had great success with spinach before.
It's a hybrid and I'm wondering, if I save seeds, what I might get? I realize it probably won't come true but what do they use for the hybridising of something like this and what would it involve to dehybridize it?
