Default Insect ID

This beetle is sucking the life out of my Valencia Orange bell pepper. It has a red abdomen and head, yellow and black stripes on it's back, and leaves small holes on the leaves and blossoms. A Google search turned up nothing and it's not shown in any of my garden books. Any ideas on identification and for (organic) control?

Right after I posted I found a link and identification for the four-lined plant bug, Poecilocapsus lineatus
