What are these spots on my plants (PICS ATTACHED)
Noticed some brown spots on a few of my leaves. Anyone got any idea what might be causing this, and if is something to ignore or address?
Thanks |

Iteresting. Guess I caught it before it gets all nasty and powdery. I had a case of it last year on my squash.
Any of you have preferred treatments? I'd like to get it sprayed, and I'm leaving town tomorrow for a cub scout camping trip. |

Ive had something like that on my toms before. I thought it was cold or sunburn. Never treated for it and it never spread.

^ That was a thought that I had as well. We got down to 50 degrees the past few nights, and then back up to the mid 80s, so maybe the temperature swings with the cold dew is causing it.

Have you sprayed anything? Insecticidal soap?

No. I just noticed this today when I went home for lunch. All of my plants did get a dose of Sevin dust a couple of weeks back, and now I am only dusting flower clusters.

Sunburn. Doesn't matter that much what the temperatures are, just exposure to sun before the plants are completely hardened off (adjust to full sun).

I'll go with that one then. My hardening off process has been somewhat lacking, as I was trying to put them out at lunch on the weekdays. Weekends kind of caught up with me.
I'll just let them rock on and do their thing. |

Looks like sun scald to me too. Lots of wind can cause similar looking issues too. You should be fine. I'd hit them with some seaweed or fish emulsion or something similar along with actinovate to help promote healthy growth.
