Please help identify this disease
Anyone have any idea what this is? I am unable to identify what is going on here other than maybe its sun scaled but it hasnt been that hot here. I had to buy plants this year so maybe this just was not hardened enough? Is it a disease? |

That looks just like mine when they were sun scalded earlier this year.
you might just keep a close eye on them. Damaged plants can be more easily attacked by disease and pests, but mine have come back beautifully. |

Looks like sunburn to me too. Almost all of my store bought C. frutescens looked like this (even worse) a couple weeks back when the temps spiked up. Most are recovering well, I'm using screen door mesh for shade now.
