Growing tomatoes in hydroponics system

Hello every one I made two hydro system and decided to grow tomatoes in them. Right now I have a clone of yellow pear in one it has just gotten roots. I ordered 50 micro Tom seeds. So two thing is micro Tom a good plant for hydroponics and how would I cross the two tomato plants?
