Default My experience with Ferry Morse seeds

About 5 years ago, I bought a package of artichoke seeds from a local gardening store. The seeds never germinated(or maybe one germinated, then died). Anyway, since they say on the package, guaranteed to grow; and I paid more for them than I had ever paid for seeds up to that point; I emailed the company. I did not get a response.

A year or so, I came across their website, and remembered the seeds; and not getting a response regarding my complaint. I emailed them through their website, telling them of my experience with their seed, and how dissatisfied I was with their customer service, and that I would not be buying their products again. I promptly received a polite response, apologizing for the problems with the seed, and for no response to my previous attempt to contact them. They also quickly replaced the packet of seed(actually sent 2 pkgs). I am not sure what happened with my first attempt to contact them, but they have more than redeemed themselves in my eyes.

I would not hesitate to buy seeds, or any other product from them.
