Default Another pest for identification

Recently found on several of my yard plants, but also on vegetables.
Hops like a flea if you touch them. The third pic is the egg cases on bottom of leaves.

Are they always found alone, not in bunches? Resembles "wooly apple aphid" altho they usually bunch up and it's getting late for them I think.

I would say some sort of tree hopper nymph. Not a good bug to have on your plants. Recommend squishing.

Sorta looks like cottony scale but I didn't think scale attacked vegetable plants.

Yes, it appears in bunches around a stem, and the egg cases are on the undersides of leaves in bunches along the stem of the leaf. Looking at the pictures which come up on the web for all the suggested bugs so far, nothing matches exactly.
I do have one tomato that got hit with white fly but that seems to be contained to that one plant now.
These bugs above are on a flowering plant and also they like the new tender growth of my keylime trees!

Tree hopper. Very hard to discourage. I get them on my sunflowers. They drain the plant of sweet sap like an aphid, only they aren't easy to squish because they hop so quickly. I plant something else I know they like to save my sunflowers. I plant other flowers and they go on them instead. They don't appear to be doing any real harm to the flowers because they still have nice blooms and I don't worry about missing sugars because I am not eating them. Usually you will see the tree hoppers working with ants. They are quite annoying.
