Dispensing small seeds can be difficult. I have tried most devices sold to ease the problem and found all utterly useless.Today wandering through a Dollar Store I found this device with a rotating top to close the holes. It appears to be the best device I have seen to date.I tried it with carrot seeds and it works quite well.

No. Probably for spices.
