Default Need help with disease ID

Hey all, hope all your plants are thriving. Mine are doing very well for the most part, but there is a bit of yellowing and such. My whole crop was wiped out from late blight last year, and I really don't want to go through that again, any help would be appreciated.

Take a close look under the leaves, it looks like aphids or spider mites.
You can see aphids with your eyes, you can't see spider mites without a 10X or better magnifier.
