The Final one in the Trilogy...
About three years ago Patrina sent me three kinds of baby peppers in the mail, in drinking straws. I planted them all in a pot. They suffered transplant shock and so nothing.
Then after a year Plant 1 grows... I posted pics here and it was a flesh-coloured strong smelling C.Chinense. Then the next year Plant 2 grows. It was a red tasty C.Bacc. Now, finally, Plant 3 has set some fruit after dropping literally thousands of blooms... shall I get a pic up for possible ID? Interesting to me. And goes to show how perseverance can pay off http://www.tomatoville.com/viewtopic.php?t=449&start=0 |
