Last nights spare ribs
1. Trimming them up for St. Louis cut and removing membrane
2. Texas BBQ Rub and smoked w/ pecan 3. In pans with pineapple juice 4. Plated up with Sweet Baby Rays Original and honey glaze 5. 1st cut
