Mexico Midget tree - looking up!
I've never staked Mexico Midget with such discipline, and wondered how it would turn out. Well, here are two pics taken looking up through the top of the plant, standing up (and I am 6 feet tall!). It is much easier to pick as a tree!

That thing is a machine... grew it for the first time last year and it provided great shade for the backyard chickens and hundreds or more pea-sized sweet red balls... a handful was good in pasta... also, such a long keeper for a cherry... lasting weeks on the bench. Rewarding.

I'm really enjoying MM. I have it growing on my deck in a 1 gallon container and it is pumping out tomatoes. It is a little stressed from being in the small pot, but provides plenty. I'll grow it again and give it a better pot next year.
