Mold

The thread on fermentation has caused me to take a better look at my seeds which are being processed. Well, actually I look all the time anyway! I thought the mold might make a cool picture. (I'm not sure if it did.) Seems like this year I'm getting lots more flavors of mold than usual. Also this year I'm getting more seeds that are quite dark when finished. It's cool here, so that might be the reason.
