You started your seeds the second week of January? Is that in a greenhouse setup or??? What is that reflective material you have there, I've been looking for something like that, but what I have found at HD is really expensive.

Do you grow just for your family that many maters? More curious about your starting date as I am also in Jersey. Thanks for any tips too! This is my first year starting from seed. I used to go to HD or down to the farmers market in Berlin for plants, but thought I might be able to do better.
