I was telling my friend about what I was doing... she told me that I also should have been keeping the seed under my tongue for a couple of minutes before I put them into the paper towel. She said she does that all the time, and it works wonderfully. I thought she was crazy!
Hmmm... I had hard time imagining her keeping these Scotch Bonnet pepper seeds under her tongue...
