I had grown them to eat myself years ago because they were developed in the Name of Mr. Parker Joe, but they are Hybrids. They are thick and good, but I cannot use them.

Just checking my Vegetables today after the snow lets me realize my Goals for Historical Seeds. My White Mountain Cabbage Collards not only survived the show and 15 below; they are producing new growth.

My Historical Peppers survived the Hot heat Late last year, too.


But I remember trying the Numex 6-4 and remember the pure thickness that cooked up well in all of my dishes. I do not know if they can survive this heat wave.
