I have only found 2 or 3 seed sources for this tomato and very little information about it. Based on the description it is a large (1 to 1.5 lb.) heart shaped tomato from Italy. Just looking at a photo of this tomato sliced in half, it looks very good.

Has anyone tried this tomato (what was your experience) or know anything else about it?

Yes, I grew it several years ago and I think it's stretching it to say it's heart shaped, at least in my experience. The surface usually had the black scars typical of weather checking and the stem was embadded way into the core, kinda antique looking if you will.

But excellent taste.

What she shpws is not very "hearty", rather, more beefsteaky, and that's what I got although she calls it a heart as do some others.

Well worth growing I think.

That is good to know about the stem. I'm not a big fan of tomatoes with stems embedded way into the core (too much waste). I'll put it on my list to grow in the future when I have more space to grow tomatoes.
