Default Manalucie

Why does this one not get grown more? I've seen nothing but positive reviews but no one seems to keep it around very much. Is this a case of it providing good performance but there simply being better varieties out there?

I'm growing both Manalucie and Manapal this year to increase seed. Both were available from TGS last year, but have been dropped for 2013. IMO, there are better varieties, but both of these are requested by Florida growers because they are so well adapted to the climate. I would grow Tropic as an alternative.
