Can someone identify this disease

i have it, just in the last day or so, on one Olena Ukrainian. I purchased the plant from a very well respected source. All the other plants around it, from the same place, are healthy and show no signs of any disease.

I have no overhead watering and, in fact, it has not rained in about 3 weeks. The plant has been in the ground 5 weeks. I use no pesticides.
