over fertilized tomatoes

Several tomatoes in my greenhouse have signs of over fertilizing.
I put horse manure on the soil in November.
What kind of over fertilizing is this?
Too much potassium?

I agree.

I've overfertilized a few plants at times, and they grow very fast with dark green leaves and stay in the vegetative stage of new foliage and stems and don't even form blossoms.

The same thing can happen if plants are grown in in too rich soil or container mix. And it's usually too much nitrogen thatis the fault.

The main nerf of many leaves are hard and bend over like on the photo.
And many blossoms feel very hard.
Some plant have also small leaves.
I've fertilised with fish emulsion and the problem seems te be solved.
Te horse manure I added in autumn was not composted.

I think you're just looking for problems. Your plants don't look any different than mine, and I'm not worried.

Your plants are fine my friend.. If anything they look a little hungry with the yellowing between the margins.. Green veins with yellowing margins are usually indicative of an iron def.. Before you go crazy dousing your plants with various things that they may not need, I'd test the PH of the soil to be sure they're not just locked out..
