First Tri-cot in YEARS...
Been a while since I had one. I know it's not that rare to find one but it's fun.
I usually plant 30+ plants a year and plant hundreds of seed but it's been at least 8 yrs or so since I had one. I know it doesn't make any difference to the plant too. This was from a Shannon's seed. |

Greg I posted a pictuer of mine when it was a seedling and kept track of it.
The feller turned into a stocky monster. I am going to save seeds from it and keep them separated. It is an Indian Stripe. Worth Here it is. IMG_20160215_3845.jpg Last edited by Worth1; February 15, 2016 at 01:37 PM. |

I just spotted a Pearly Pink Orange tricot last week and was wondering about them, too- for instance, if I saved seeds from the tricot plant, would they be more likely to be tricots? Hmmm....

I have not noticed anything inferior in the 3 or 4 I have planted out during my years of growing tomatoes. Once they go into the garden and start putting out suckers, they soon look like any other plant of that variety, with similar production.
