Bringing back old friends....
Wading thru mountains of old seed to bring back some oldies but goodies So many very good tomatoes that while good are not commonly grown. I will be offering up seed next year. So many of Neil Lockharts offerings from SSE. Stay tuned

I love this idea. Us heirloom aficianado's mustn't let the old beauties die out in favor of the flavor of the day. Maybe each of us could choose at least one old fashioned favorite or ethnic classic tomato to grow for seed and offer them out. I got 12 Belgium heirlooms from Gerd and plan to grow them all out for seed this year.

Fabulous idea
I'm growing Prue this year and, if it turns out to be as amazing as they say, I'll be happy to save a ton of seeds to share! Linda |
