Thanks to Craig and the Squirrel Gods
Folks, A few years ago Craig sent me some seed of Cherokee Purple, and I have fought the squirrels ever since for every tomato.
This year, due to heavy rains and an increasing number of hawks in Atlanta, the squirrels have left me alone. One of the plants from Craig's line of CP has produced, so far, 6 beautiful tomatoes over one pound, and there are at least ten more tomatoes on the vine, with only a little leaf blight so far. Wonderful plants!!! Thanks, Craig, for this line of CP. It's fantastic when the squirrels let it be. |

Hey Scott...that is the direct line from what JD Green sent me as an unnamed variety in 1990. There is a lot of Ch P out there that is muddled.
Hey... I'm not too far from you now after our move to Hendersonville.

Scott---My experience with seed integrity from Craig has been outstanding. I've purchased tomato seeds from well known vendors and was not happy more than once. But when I get the same variety of seed from Craig there has been a major improvement.

Mine never get that big! Usually 10-12 oz is the biggest. Got my seeds from Tomato growers.
Still my fav. It’s my golden ticket every year!! Greg |

Ha! I know! Hope you're doing well! I'm sure the temp change is messing with your usual growing style.
I moved myself last year so I've had some issues with my garden. Long story. I'll pm you in a day or so. Want to run something by you and need advice. Enjoy those mountains! You, of all people must be loving it!! Greg |
