Father's Day Food
Have you ever wanted to cook a meal but for the life of you - you don't remember what it is called? I think it's called Crab or Seafood Boil, but that doesn't sound right.
You take small red potatoes and corn cut into individual sized proportions, cook them in water and Zatarain's Crab Boil, eventually add some fresh chopped garden onions and peppers and cook them all down to the last 10 minutes of cooking. Then you toss in some mussels and clams and let it all cook until they start opening. Turn off the fire and add some peeled shrimp and Tony Chachere's. Serve that with some large fried shrimp, and you've got the meal I want for Father's day. |
