Tom:
The Nebraska Wedding was pretty mild--but it had a nice flavor...I liked it on sandwiches as it did not overwhelm. My neighbor thought it was a little bland. The Super Sioux was tasty--somewhat acidic with an overall good flavor. Made a wonderful sauce. |

Bully:
I was going to try Sioux this summer...but it got bumped so that I could try some larger varities. I hope to grow both out in the future---and see how they stack up against one another. In my research for it last year...I did come across a poster at GW that said they liked the Sioux better than the improved Super variety. |
