Show your butterfly and hummingbird gardens/plants
I lost a lot of tropicals this past winter due to 2 occasions of abnormally cold weather, so I'm behind in my ability to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. Here's a cuphea for the hummers.

Pentas, Blue Spires Salvia, the first Canna to bloom. Behind the Salvia is a bunch of Ruellia (Mexican Petunia) that will bloom later.

I'm enjoying these photos. My Mexican Petunia is pretty, but invasive. Hard to keep up with it.

Passion Vine in full bloom again!! Fresh seeds!!
Anyone need fresh Passion Vine seeds? I have plenty and vine is full of flowers and fruit again!!

Of the plants I see above I have the 1st cuphea and winter them over in the garage. They are only now starting to grow and I'm repotting the 5 large I have.
Also got the blue spires that grow so tall, a safety feature re: cats. Below are a couple of perennial shrubs I planted for hummingbirds. This is a young Anna's feeding on them, the first of the year. The juveniles take a while to become shy. Winter Daphne  Wild Currant
