Default Wheat Belly Bread

http://www.durgan.org/URL/?YXWEE 13 March 2014 Wheat Belly Bread.
Homemade bread was made using quick yeast, whole wheat grains,a liter of corn, a liter of apple juice. The apple and corn were canned during the Summer. The ingredients were two liters of whole grains, one litter of corn , one liter of apple, three tablespoons of yeast. The wheat grains were made into flour using the Wondermill. This only takes a few minutes. The mixture was kneaded into a ball and shaped into loaves. The shaped loaves were allowed to rise for about two hours in the pans greased with Mazola oil, and cooked for about an hour at 375F.The finished texture is a heavy bread slightly leavened. I ingest about a slice per day. I have no gluten allergies and dismiss the wheat belly hysteria with a grain of salt.
Here is the corn and apple prepared when in season during the Summer.

Looks great I wish I had the ambition to do all of the work.

Here are some pictures of my Wheat Belly Semolina bread and what it did to my dog Boo Boo.

I think you may have Mormons in the area. Try to find out where they get their grains from. I was going to a Mormon store here until my chicken feed group was able to get human quality organic grains at a reduced price.

Geesh Worth!

Don't you know that you shouldn't give a dog red wine? Poor Boo Boo looks knackered!

Durgan,

Your bread looks delish and I bet it's a lot more healthy than store-bought bread too!

Waddling through the bakery section of a supermarket, I am of the opinion one should purchase nothing. And after trying to sort out the flours sold commercially, my opinon is that they are not all that nutritional. I prefer my own Full Monty homemade flour.
