Default Colorful tomatoes

Picked my first WBF tomatoes today along with a couple yellow currants. They are so pretty and the taste is really good. These are dark galaxy and kaleidoscopic jewels.

Walt,

Excellent photography! That looks like a WBF Solar Flare in the middle there.

Enjoy!

Thanks ya'll. Raybo the one on the bottom is a Dark Galaxy face down. I think solar flare must be a parent to it. The red/yellow part of it looks just like SF.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how good both of them taste. The KJ has a slightly sweet taste. The DG has more of an acidic taste but not sour.

Walt,

Thanks for the info on Dark Galaxy. Just went on the WBF website and ordered it, along with several others. Will be a colorful garden next Season.

Raybo,

I hope they do well for you.

The kids around here love the novelty of easter eggs looking tomatoes. Even my son who hates tomatoes has tasted them.

They do look like plums. Most folks that see them want to know "what is that?"

Raybo - Did you end up planting the Dark Galaxy and have you tasted any?

A year old thread but I like the presentation.
I am a sucker for colorful tomatoes. This year I am growing several yellow/ orange,
Brown/ black, Purple, bi-colors and of course red /pinks.
I will post picture at harvest time, if I can find this thread.

I noticed it was from last year so I was hoping Raybo would have tasted it by now... :-)
