Speeding up a juicer
Decided to make juice outside this time, little later and cooler in the evening. After 20 some odd gallons of juice already in the cellar I was getting tired of cranking. Take the handle off of the trusty Squeezo. Add one 1/2 inch variable speed drill. Only problem my granddaughter only knows one speed, wide open.
Outside is the only way to go, just hose off the picnic table, also change clothes, it will squirt. Seven and a half gallons juiced in less than 20 minutes. Note the size of the stream of juice in the second pic. I can already see a belt drive next year. Last edited by WH_Conley; September 2, 2009 at 12:50 AM. |
