Dang it! I dont thinks this is Cherokee Green!
I got my seeds from Mariannas Seeds three years ago, that was my seed source. Whats got me scratching my head is that when I ordered my seeds she sent me two packs of CG by accident along with everything else I ordered. I just opened that second pack earlier this year, same lable, samer print on the envelope etc. Take a look and let me know what ya'll think. Thanks.

Nope, not Cherokee Green at all, and actually far from it.
You said that this was the second of two packs of CG you opened. Can I or should I assume that the plants you grew out from the first pack were correct? And if so did you save any seeds? probably the explanation goes back to the two packs labelled the same but one had CG seeds and the other what you show above and I haven't the faintest idea of what it might be, sorry. A packaging error which isn't all that rare and you got charged just for one. Right?

No way to know for sure, but looks similar to the Dr. Wyche's Yellow/Elfie types of tomatoes. The pale orange color, lobing type of fruit development.

The foliage also doesn't seem quite consistent with CG either...
but I could be mistaken.... Lee

Well the first was mussy, taste was ok, but that is been par for the course with every first tomato, so I look for this one to improve maybe by the second or third fruit.

Damon, the cutting is finally rooting - I want to get into a bit of dirt for a few days, but will ship you out a nice Cherokee Green seedling soon!

I had the same results from Tatiana's seeds
Cherokee Green seeds from Tatiana (purchased in the winter of 2009) gave me some green tomatoes and some like the ones that you show. Taste was ok, but nothing I would grow again...all of these ones ended up going through the food mill with an assortment of other toms for gazpacho. These things happen, and I have had some good luck with stray seeds.
