Default What's your favorite garden App?

I'm looking for one that enables me to keep track of what I'm doing in the garden, with notes and photos. Weather/temperature would be a bonus. Garden planning (plant layouts) would be another nice feature or a different App. Any ideas?

Well, this Luddite likes to prepare a planting "map" before the season, mark it up well when changes are made on the spur of the moment, and keeps a garden journal...
