Dancing With Smurfs
I have tiny green tomatoes with blue stripes! Who else is growing DWS or Searching for the Blue Zebra?

I am growing DWS and Seattle's Woolly Blue Mammoth. Both are about 6-8 inches high. No fruits yet. The SWBM is woolly.

I am growing DWS but it will be awhile before I know about the tomatoes. I am wondering, how tall does this plant get?

Don't know, but so far it looks like neither variety will be huge plants.

Sometimes I'd like to know what the people that name these things are smoking. Other times I think I'd rather not know.

Anyone have a pic of this tomato? This is the first that I have heard of it.

Here's a picture I found - though not ripe, I'm assuming, right? Anyone have any info on these, the DWS (don't even know what it stands for) or the SWBM? And any info on where to purchase seeds would be a huge plus! |

Try a Tomatoville search. There was an earlier thread on these. (Nothing
like stable yet, was my impression.)

It was the name that reeled me in, my friends and family all laugh at me. My plant is about 2 1/2 feet tall, and the leaves are slightly curled. I think I have over fertilized it, hope I haven't hurt it.
kygreg, I hope you keep us posted on Wooly Blue Mammoth. I wanted that one also, but I had to stop somewhere. |
